A Message From The Dogg Pound
Words cannot express how much the Humane Society of West Michigan has meant to me (Michelle) personally. What started as a volunteer opportunity to help me become more involved in the community, has turned into a volunteer opportunity that has helped me both physically and mentally. Each week, I look forward to coming to HSWM and helping to bring joy to all of the rescued animals. There is nothing better than knowing you have helped an animal in need of unconditional love, that they too provide for humans.
Scarlett is also now involved with the HSWM, helping assist as a junior counselor. Scarlett wants to use her leadership skills in action, by helping at HSWM and educating other students regarding animal welfare.
HSWM has a $2.5 million yearly budget to operate. HSWM does not receive funding from larger organizations; HSWM is 💯% donor funded. Every dollar raised through our fundraiser, stays at HSWM and helps animals within the community.
If you know us, you KNOW we ❤️ the HSWM. Please consider donating to the Dombrowski family’s “The Dogg Pound” team page. Any donation amount would be so greatly appreciated.🤗
Thank you for your time and support,
Sincerely,
The Dombrowski Family (Alex, Michelle & Scarlett)
P.S. the dog in the picture for our team page is Fuller. He is currently up for adoption. He is the sweetest boy. ❤️🐶. Please inquire at HSWM if interested in adopting him.

In Support of Humane Society of West Michigan
Humane Society of West Michigan, a 501(c)3 non profit organization, assists over 8,000 animals annually. We are 100% donor-funded! We receive no funding from the government or national animal welfare organizations. Caring individuals and businesses in our community support our mission to rescue hurt, abused and abandoned animals and find them a new forever home. Additional programs help reduce pet overpopulation, provide assistance to low income pet owners, behaviorally assess animals and reunite lost pets with their owners.
